Before you book in Lehi
Two things that come up more here than anywhere else.
Traverse Mountain slopes
The newer Lehi neighborhoods are built into the hillside and plenty of those yards are terraced. We need a reasonably flat pad for the unit. A photo when you book saves a wasted trip for both of us.
HOA common areas
A lot of Lehi block parties happen on HOA green space rather than in a backyard. Clear it with your HOA and check there is power within a hundred feet, and we will take it from there.
