South Jordan does community events better than most cities in the valley, and Daybreak in particular runs on them. Between neighborhood block parties, HOA gatherings and a steady run of backyard birthdays, summer here is busy. Daybreak yards tend to be compact with narrow side access, so we lead with smaller units there and save the big slides for the larger lots on the east side.

Before you book in South Jordan

Daybreak yards are tight
Daybreak lots are smaller than the valley average and the side gates are narrow. Send us your address and a photo of the gate when you book and we will tell you exactly which units fit, rather than turning up with one that does not.
HOA common areas
A lot of South Jordan parties happen on HOA green space instead of a backyard. Clear it with the HOA, confirm there is power within a hundred feet, and we will take care of the rest.
